King Charles do their own
King Charles do their own thing with volume overload. La max is the only reliable measurement I look at on these guys though i also do heart base and june boon to be complete. Im Eyeballing the la at about 3-3.2 cm la max and there is mild deviation of the atrial septum so may be where and how you measure it. Im not sure i would tx here but would recheck in 3 months or earlier if increased resp rate cough or increased murmur grade. Check a bp too may have a reasson to start an ace inhibitor if systolic bp > 160. This is maybe a very early early B2 I think but its a grey area and the classification doesn t deal with these scenarios well.
