Theres a tiny little mitral regurgtation visible on the modified apical view. This means that the valve has to be – at least minimally – dysplastic even though I can’t appreciate this on 2D clips.
Any murmur should have a correlate on Doppler images – but since the murmur is often dependent on excitement, the Doppler profiles and color Doppler views can be normal once the cat has a bit relaxed. So – you don’t always see abnormal flow in cats who have a heart murmu on auscultation.
