Hi, this kitty is an elderly hyperthyroid kitty who is not doing well.
On radiograph she had a consolidated lung lobe and some mineralization. On US I saw this lesion, it is about 1.23 cm diameter.
She does not have any dyspnea at this time, no signs of CHF.
Is this a mass? or granuloma? Does she have pericarditis as well? Thanks for any help! jas

Lung mass with mineralization in the center. Carcinoma likely can 25g fna it to confirm. I dont see pericarditis but the mass is impinging on the right auricle. May have ascites form obstructed right atrial inflow.
