- 10 year od WHWT presented vomiting
- Largely unremarkable ultrasound exam apart from two small hypoechoic lesions, one caudal to stomach, adjacent to left limb of pancreas and and another adjacent to right limb of pancreas
- Are these gastric and pancreaticoduodenal lymph nodes or should I be concerned about pancreatic masses?
- Blood glucose was normal.

Yes those are LN likley
Yes those are LN likley reactive as they maintain structure and have a defined capsule. But certainly worth watching.
Would consider chronic
Would consider chronic gastritis and Helicobacter gastritis for both the vomiting and reactive LN.
Thank you both. How do you

Triple therapy as you mention
