10 year od WHWT presented vomiting Largely unremarkable ultrasound exam apart from two small hypoechoic lesions, one caudal to stomach, adjacent to left limb of pancreas and and another adjacent to right limb of pancreas Are these gastric and pancreaticoduodenal lymph nodes or should I be concerned about pancreatic masses? Blood glucose was normal.
