- Mild mesenteric lymphadenopathy present so may have GI inflammation

- Strange fluid filled structure adjacent to urethra that seemed to connect to bladder neck, no blood flow on colour doppler, what is this please?

vidoe one looks like uterine stump that has fluid in it but not inflamed. Can’t be sure though but its the only thing that lives there.
The way i diff cystadenoma from liver cysts as the prior is multichambered in older cats and the latter is typically single chambered. I think this one is a large cystadenoma.
