  • Would you remove this

not sure what that

not sure what that herringbone change is but the rest says lipoma and I would remove it owing to space occupying issue

You will often see this “

You will often see this ” herring bone” pattern where the abdominal fat meets the crus of the diaphragm and abdominal wall. The first thought is that of inflammation with edema or free fluid between the lobes of fat ( steatitis) but once again we can get the same appearance in a normal dog.So it could be either here.  I see best when following the margin or outline of the diaphragm over it’s lateral aspect as it craddles the abdominal wall’s outline. I too second the diagnosis of a lipoma.
