This cat has weight loss and skin lesions which are suspicious for a paraneoplastic syndrome. There is inflammation in the area of the right kidney, and the left kidney is irregular with a hypoechoic area in the cortex. I am suspicious of carcinomatosis; any comment? Thank you

The hyperechoic ill defined
The hyperechoic ill defined mesenteric inflammaiton looks like it is associated with the intestinal thickening and mesenteric LN. The second video shows renal infarcts.

The first video is not mine. I am not sure how it got there- I have tried deleting it and replacing it with my video but it doesn’t seem to be working.
I remove dyour first video
I remove dyour first video but its strange as the first video you put up fits well with the last video that has also what i described in sm int thickening mesenteric inflammation and Ln. Kidney in first video has infarcts and cortical blunting.
