- 14 year old GSD X presented collapsed, dehydrated, pyrexic, 2 day history of inappetance, warm weather
- Previous hx of Leishmaniasis and nodular liver on scan 3 years ago
- Bloods show moderate liver enzyme elevation and mild anaemia
- What do you make of these hepatic lymph nodes? Could this be related to recurrent leishmaniasis?

Leishmania usually affects
Leishmania usually affects multiple lymph nodes so not convinced that it is playing a role here, unless there are other signs – other lymph nodes affected, polyclonal gammapathy, positive serology/PCR
