Sonopath Forum

This is a 12 yr ods shih tzu who presented for an exam , the globe of the right eye was enlarged. The IOP 48,46.U/s at the time showed anechoic fluid,a hyperechoic structure in the center and at the posterior wall, the lens was in place. She has had only a moderate response to meds. Yesterday I put the probe on  and found this echogenic chamber. I do not look at many of these so is this expected? I do not have a reason for the glaucoma so I am not ruling out  anything.
