- 12 yr old FS Lab
- Weight loss, vomiting and diarrhea
- High Ca, all liver enzymes severely elevated, T Bili = 3.5, Amylase/Lipase elevated
This dog was euthanized today, so this is more for my own interest (for future cases).
Is this a gastric LN popping up in these 2 video clips ?

Its either an epigastric LN at an oblique angle or might be an accessory spleen that can live there as well. Needs fna along wiht liver fna wiht that profile of LE elevations.
