Whoa!!! Yes there are multiple stones in the severely dilated CBD…I dont think Ive ever seen that many! The CBD is dilated up to the duodenal papilla.
I would call the GB an emerging mucocele or mucocele. I dont see any inflammation around the GB or evidence of rupture…yet. GB just looks dilated.
I dont think medical treatment is going to work here. I think cholecystectomy and CBD flush are needed. I would run a coag and treat with Vit K prior to surgery.

Lots of rocks in the CBD and
Lots of rocks in the CBD and emerging gbm and cbd is dilated so I would do sx here. Likely will be a new dog after the gb is removed and the cbd liberated.
