This 11 yr old female cat was seen today for projectile vomiting. rads revealed area of “corrugated” bowel mid abdomen. Imaging I found what appears to be emerging intestinal mass. I have very echogenic mesentery with irregular hypoechoic regions. If we fna should I include the regions within the hyperechoic mesentery? Also no lymphadenopathy so any guess on cell type ??

Target the HYPOechoic area
Target the HYPOechoic area and corkscrew technique carving into the wall otherwise it wont exfoliate readily. Intraoperative US and resection as option too.
