This 6 year old FS Labrador Retriever presented for decreased appetite and ADR. History of Addison’s disease. Chem: severe hyperkalemia, elevated BUN, albumin, phosporus and cholesterol
RAD – Mild maldigestion pattern in a 1 year old F Miniature Schnauzer post steak bone ingestion
This 1 year old F Miniature Schnauzer presented with ADR, had been fed a steak bone. Physical exam – mild dehydration; moderate abdominal distension, painful on palpation Chem: ALT 478, chol 46, amylase 264
MRI – Left cerebral neoplasia with increased intracranial pressure (ICP) and cerebellar herniation in a 10 ear old MN Boston Terrier dog
This 10 year old MN Boston Terrier dog has been ADR for the past few months, withdrawn, sedate, with developing hypermetric movements and loss of balance Physical Exam: Obtunded; episodes of unawareness, ataxia and collapse. Murmur 1/6. Previous MRI found foramen magnum herniation of the cerebellum
US and CYT- Cholangiohepatitis and lipidosis in a 11 year old FS DSH cat with severe icterus

RAD – Severe military lung pattern with peribronchial cuffing and hypovolemia, likely neoplastic, in a 12 year old MN Labrador dog
This 12 year old MN Labrador dog had a splenectomy Jan 2016 with histopath showing regionaly extensive acute to subacute coaglative necrosis consistent with infarct. US and CYT – Multiple myeloma diagnosed by splenic FNA/cytology in an 8 year old MN DSH cat with hyperglobulinemia
An 8-year-old NM DSH with a history of azotemia was presented for evaluation. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were azotemia (BUN 58, creatinine 3.4), hyperproteinemia (22.8), hypoalbuminemia (1.9), and severe hyperglobulinemia (20.9).
