Cat kidneys

  • 10 year old cat with recent episode of pancreatitis (pli +), mainly inappetance but recovering now
  • Bloods IRIS stage 2 CKD, mild hyperglobulinaemia
  • How would you describe these kidneys?
  • When looking back over videos I was concerned that cortex was quite hyperechoic and larger than expected….

Looks like chronic

Looks like chronic interstitial nephrosis pattern to me
