Sonographic Differential Diagnosis

Renal neoplasia, possibly an embolic pattern, likely round cell neoplasia. Immediate chemotherapeutic protocol would be warranted after cytology has been assessed.

The right kidney presented multiple nodular changes with pyelectasia. Pyelectasia of the left kidney measured 1.17 cm.
