Sonographic Differential Diagnosis

Gastric infiltrative pattern with regional lymph node mass. This is strongly suspicious of lymphoma. Enlarged, irregular pancreas.

Image Interpretation

The stomach revealed concentric thickening that measured 1.2 cm. The small intestines appeared prominent in this patient with increased submucosal echogenicity. Epigastric lymph node was enlarged and measured 1.4 x 0.66 cm. Cranial abdominal lymph node was enlarged and measured 1.76 x 1.27 cm with hyperechoic surrounding fat. Complete loss of structural detail was noted. This is likely hepatic lymph node. The pancreas was enlarged, hypoechoic, irregular and coarse with dilated duct. The left limb measured 1.21 cm. Regional, nodular change was also noted and measured 0.91 cm.
