- Incidental focal bladder lesion in an 8 year old MN JRT, no reported cystocentesis

Cystitis can result in a focal changes. Not really looking like a TCC as does not seem to invade the wall.
Could be dependent sediment – try scaning the dog in a standing position. If not dependent and still present at the next re-evaluation would consider a catheter-assisted aspirate/biopsy as well urinalysis and culture.
