Hi all, 9 year old male neutered malteseX with prostatic changes. He had an ultrasound in march2014 where a mildly enlarged prostate size and multifocal calcified areas was observed. Prostatic neoplasia was suspected. He has ongoing hypothyroidism which is being treated with thyroxine.

Just wondering if this is a significant finding in dogs or has anyone seen kidneys like this?
