12 yr MN Chihuahua cross. Historic liver enzyme elevation and elevated UPC. UPC improved on telmisartan. Inspisated gall bladder contents identified January of 2026 on ultrasound. Pet has been on Ursodiol and Denamarin since. Gall bladder appearance now is similar to what it looked like in January. I think of this as an emerging mucocele and wonder if you agree and, if so, if you would recommend surgery or continued monitoring/medical management.
