1 yr MI Golden scanned for diarrhea, but thought prostate looks more heterogenous than normal. No urinary symptoms, bladder appears normal. No UA has been performed

Appears normal – normal size, shape, regular curvilinear capsule, normal peri-prostatic tissue.
Hypoechoic edema lines and swelling looks like prostatitis to me.
