7 year old MN Mixed breed, hyporexia with some intermittent vomiting since January. While trying to get him to eat, tried chicken and rice and he developed diarrhea that has resolved. Folate was 6.2 (7.7 is low end normal), so was interested in the duodenum (rest of GI panel WNL). These don’t look like ulcerations to me, but I am admittedly worried about missing ulcers. What are your thoughts regarding the mucosal border in these views? I’ve also included the spleen which looked heterogenous to me (owner declined FNA).
