Chronic active right base
Chronic active right base pancreatitis likely in videos 1 and 3 with the mixed echogenic ill defined parenchyma an denvelops the duodenum which also looses a bit of detail so intestinal lsa or similar cant be rules out. Tx 3 days in house and rescan ans you will see things better when medically cleaned up with fluids. FNA the mixed hypoechoic area in the pancreas would be best as well because panc carcinoma can do this as well.
