I am going to try and aspirate a thoracic mass in a dog next week.

I would appreciate any suggestions for this procedure including sedation

or anesthesia.

Thank you. This is exactly what I wanted to know. 

This is a small pomeranian- so I believe I will not need much pressure to get it exposed.
