The CT study did not present any pathological findings consistent with history of acute tetrapareses

Outcome

With the pertaining signalment and history common underlying disorders
include high velocity low volume disc extrusion, fibrocartilaginous embolism as well
as inflammatory/infectious CNS disease such as meningoencephalomyelopathy.
Complementary CSF examination is recommended.
