The urinary bladder, trigone and pelvic urethra presented normal wall thicknesses with anechoic urine and normal tone. No uroliths or sediment were visualized. No evidence of inflammatory or neoplastic changes were noted.
The prostate was mildly enlarged with mild, heterogenous parenchymal changes with a 1.5 cm cyst or abscess in the near left lobe with other microcystic changes. Ultrasound-guided drainage and ADAIN procedure would be recommended. The prostate measured 6.6 cm. Deviation of the descending colon was noted. The testicles were imaged and found to be uniform with no evident pathology.
The left ureter was also dilated and measured 2.64 cm. The left ureter appears to enter into the bladder in ectopic fashion ventrally. Moderate hydronephrosis of the left kidney was noted. The left kidney was significantly enlarged and measured 11.12 cm. Hydronephrosis measured 6.36 cm in the left kidney. Pyelectasia of the right kidney was noted. The right kidney measured 8.07 cm with hydronephrosis that measured 3.32 cm. Hydroureter in the right ureter was noted and measured 2.13 cm. The right ureter appears to enter into potentially the prostatic urethra. The hydronephrosis in both kidneys appeared to be chronic with a potential congenial anomaly.
