Prostatic mass extending into the urethra.
The prostate in this patient presented a mineralizing mass that measured 3.52 x 3.01 cm and obliterated the urethra. The iliac lymph nodes were unremarkable.

Prostatic disease: neoplasia, prostatitis, urethroliths; urinary system disease: neoplasia, uroliths.
FNA were performed without complication. Cytology revealed prostatic carcinoma.
