Koyangi is a 16 year old DMH with a chronic cystitis. He had a PU done in 1999.
I did an ultrasound on him yesterday and his bladder wall looked thickened. In a coulple of view I was not sure if there was a mass in the dorsal trigone region or if that is just part of the colon. To me it looks like bowel but I was hoping for a second opinion. Thanks in advance for any feedback. Love the forum. I am on the 30 day trial- but I will be a part of this forum when my month expires.

It looks like apex and in the CUJ on these images. This is a focal thickening chronic cystitis will do this but very concerned for TCC.
