Tom is a 10 Year old DSH presenting with sudden onset Vocalization, Dyspnea and Tachypnea. Obviously bad heart disease here…I included these videos more for the size and “bounciness” of the LA Clot…I’m thinking this is a new SDEP efficicency view similar to the beer can called the Ping Pong View.
I’m sure there’s a lot of examples of LA clots…This is the biggest and most obvious one I’ve seen.
