Stomach pathology

Sonopath Forum

  • 13 year old JRT with chronic vomiting, mild weight loss.
  • I am concerned about a portion of the stomach wall where there appears to be thickening with loss of layering, gas entrapment? The gastric lymph node was also mildly enlarged.
  • Does this appear to be neoplasia, inflammation, ulcer?

Subjectively the gastric wall

Subjectively the gastric wall appears thick but i think you are imaging rugae at an oblique angle. I dont see anything with neoplastic criteria here.
