13 month MN Siberian with gastric mass

  • 13 month old mn Siberian presented for vomiting and anorexia.
  • Labwork showed mild azotemia
  • Abdominal ultrasound shows a hypoechoic gastric wall mass
  • My rule outs include juvenile lymphoma, leimyoma, leiomyosarcoma, adenocarcinoma, GIST, granuloma, MCT….
  • Any other thoughts?

With the age and appearance

With the age and appearance would go for lymphoma with fungal granuloma a differential diagnosis. Should be easy to obtain a FNA for cytology.
