There are indistinct
There are indistinct heterogenous and subtle nodular changes in the right adrenal but nonspecific. I would check blood pressure on this dog when it is calm, like first thing when it comes in the hospital without an exam, to see if there is evidence of hypertension. It may be nothing and the VPCs may be unrelated but increased catecholemines can cause VPCs.
