Emerging gall bladder mucocele?

This video is from my patient Lucy who came in for a dental today.  She has a history of glomerular disease and an adrenal mass.  She has recently had a mild increase in ALT.  Is this just sludge, or should I start her on ursodiol right away?  She is clinically doing as well as she usually does.

The first video sure looks like a gallbladder mucocele to me, but I’ll leave it to the DVMs to comment on if that’s truly the case here. 🙂

Emerging mucocele – treat

Emerging mucocele – treat with ursodiol and monitor. May be associated with the adrenal mass if functional.

I agree wiht remo….

I agree wiht remo…. emerging mucocele without inflammation but fibrosed GB. Emerging because some bile is moving and not completely stellate striations.
