I would describe it as moderately to severely enlarged, nonhomogenous to cystic parenchyma with potential for focal area of fibrosis or emerging mineralization. The prostatic capsule margins appear to be intact yet mildly indistinct. It doesnt look like classic BPH and more concern for prostatitis here but could be a combo of both. The MILN look reactive to me.

Keep an eye on this one with
Keep an eye on this one with followup as you can have carcinoma in there with prostatitis. Tx neuter +/- keep sampling int he areas next to the mineralization and dont rely just on prostatic wash/traum cath for definitive results as carcinoma in the parenhcyma may not be reflected in the luminal urethra that is sampled with the catheter. Need the needle here into the lobes.
