I would call the GB an emerging mucocele or mucocele. I dont see any inflammation around the GB or evidence of rupture…yet. GB just looks dilated.
I dont think medical treatment is going to work here. I think cholecystectomy and CBD flush are needed. I would run a coag and treat with Vit K prior to surgery.
