Bile acids – pre 93, post 303
Her clinical signs have improved. She is being treated with metronidazole, lactulose, keppra and is on the L/D diet.

I’ve always used propfol if really needed but I’ve trained myself to mentally ignore the wiggling so rarely ever have to sedate any more:)
