No histoy of dysuria/poilakuria. 

X-rays are negative. Quick US of bladder and prostate.

Should I be worried about this prostate?

MN and a prostate like this is carcinoma til proven otherwise. Needs fna or traum cath… even at a 90 degree angle:)
