Well th eimages are dark and your depth is too short with a rib in the way that needs to be reagnled but I do see the dilated cbd.,  causes of this are mucoduct, strictures, stones and tumors usually carcinoma. Need to make those adjustments and zoom in further and follow the cbd to the panc duct then to the d pap.
