Hello
This is Mickey a 4 yr old Shi Tzu cross that had a negative exploratory with biopsies taken 1 week ago
Today we US him and found very little fluid but we found what appears to be adhesions in the biopsy sites. We did find one area that was suspicious for an intussuception and I was posting a few images for clarification if possible. I tried counting the layers and I feel that they are bowels that are apposed but wanted some confirmation. Thanks in advance. Happy New Year!

Looks like serosal to serosal
Looks like serosal to serosal adhesion to me. You can differentiate adhesion from Intussusception by twisting to short axis and the intussusception will turn into an onion while the adhesion will be layered like licorice cords:)
Thanks so much.
