The prostate is adequately
The prostate is adequately regressed and the capsule is uniform. The heterogenous changes I often see in males neutered later in life. Im doubting carcinoma here because of th ebenign appearance but embedded infetcion possible… incontinence and uti would be my first approach and if in a couple of weeks of therapy I would rescan if th eprostate is growing or the urethra is starting to have a proliferative change to it then carcinoma would be a concern.
