this is a 10 yr old m/n dsh. He has long history of IBD. Controlled  with diet , tylan. Last year worsened having freq diarrhea used metronidazole which worked . In Sept worsened gave steroids again worked until last week. presented actually constipated with palpable thickened colon.u/s found indeed thickened bowel at colon. improved with enema lactulose and eating well now. today rechecked. My questions have any of you done colonscopy and what is predominant tumor here. FNA? good diagnostic yeilds?I also have lymph node up now.I am interested in your input. thanks
