just one question…Where is the shunt?(if there is one?).

5 year old MN chihuahua (really small but badly obese 5.75kg). Severe microhepatica, urate stones in bladder and some small calculi in kidneys, kidneys are 3.6 and 4cm long with hyperechoic cortical band. Postpandrial bile acids 118 (increased). No symptoms.

I think I see the shunt but I may be getting mixed up with the right portal branch although to me, it looks pretty tortuosy. Ao 0.75cm, PV 0.35cm. Owners not considering surgery. So this is just for the sake of finding a name.
