4.6 cm medullary rim kidnuys and normal pv/cvc ratio and normal liver size… so cats arent dogs and note the pv branches almost near the diaphragm. I had to work on this one to say the least because I wanted to make the cat shunt hunt fit the dog paramters of smal pv/cvc ratio microhepatica and bladder stones none of which were present but all the typical signs and BAs were there… goes to show you cats are just aliens and don’t read the literature on dogs:) I will post sx and liver bx findings when it goes to sx ad the liver parenchyma, though normal size, is very coarse as well.
