– 11 week old F Great Dane w history of metronidazole responsive diarrhea
– eating well, growing well no pu/pd; mild anemia on bloodwork
– u/s showed bilateral pyelectasia with decreased c/m distinction – urine culture pending
– there is an unusual loop of small intetsine shown in the clips just proximal to the ICJ
– there is a region with too many layers that seems to communicate with normal bowel proximally and then transitions into the ICJ distally
– in transverse it looks llike 2 loops of bowel connected in the middle

– is this normal ileum? I have never seen it look like this before – some sort of intussusception?
