This is a topic I have not seen posted here. I was wondering what sorts of injuries are associated with doing echo’s and ultrasounds.

For the last 2 months I have had issues with my shoulder. It feels like a deltoid/rotator cuff injury. Just approaching the right side of an animal as stated in the 17 step progession is not possible. I find myself turning the animal in L lateral just to image the R side.

Maybe I injured it by overdoing my Bowflex ( yes 3 easy payments of 399.00 20 years ago :)- or mybe being 65 I just have aches and pains.

I am certain I hold the probe properly.

I was just wondering what others have experienced at one time or another and what measures were taken to remedy the situation.
