Thank you EL for this, so this is a 1 year 1 month old persian cross. Main question is…is this CBD obstructed or Portal vein embolus? At the time of this scan cat was back to 70% of wellbeing according to owner and TBIL back to normal, ALP back to normal and ALT slightly high in the 100s(down from 1 week prior).

I see what appears like RBCs flow in the dilated area. (I have never seen inspissated bile moving so really not sure whether this could be thick mucinous bile moving). And can the dilated area be dilated CBD in such position? caudal to embolus?

The video without doppler is me trying to verify PV by sweeping from Aorta to CVC and to PV in a sagittal view on RLR.
