This 7 year old boston terrier has been having episodes of respiratory distress for about a month.
The heart was large on rads taken a month ago and is globoid now. His lungs sound harsh.
He doesn’t have a murmur
My guess is heart based tumor?

Solid 3-4 cm hypoechoic heart
Solid 3-4 cm hypoechoic heart based mass between 3-5 cm of depth. Hemagiosarc or maybe chemodectoma given the breed. May get some time with drainage and palliative therapy if chemodectoma.
If thinking hemangiosarcoma
If thinking hemangiosarcoma consider scanning the abdomen for possible splenic/liver involvement for hemangiosarcoma. Also can use doxorubicin as palliative therapy for hemangiosarcoma.
