2 year old emaciated GSD with reported neurological signs after eating BAST pending The dog was heavily sedated for exam Small liver, kidney and bladder stones The caudal vena cava was enlarged but not sure just from sedation Can you see any shunt?

14 years persian Dyspnea Pulmonary edema, bi-atrial dilation Hepatomegaly + ascites) and pleural effusion 220 heart rate in resting Blood pressure 120 mmHg ECG suggest just enlargement Furosemide + clopidogrel + pimobendam?
