12 year old Collie MN dog with lethargy, intermittent vomiting and elevated liver ezymes Scan showed bilateral adrenomegaly, mineralisations in spleen, heterogenous pancreas, cystic/sludge gallbladder, hyperechoic patchy liver with hyperechoic mass in right side of liver FNAs taken of mass and cytology reports: hepatocyte cytoplasmic rarefaction (moderate), lipofucinosis (mild).
