14 yr old, MN DSH Weight loss BUN 54, Creat 2.1, Alb 2.3 WBC 52,000; 49% Lymphs, 4.4% Monos US showed this mass. Would FNA be a viable option here, if the O opt to pursue? Thank you! – Karen Ebersole
